San Fran and back again...

I am back from my quick trip to San Fran. It was really fantastic. I was a bit worried heading out because Scott had really not been feeling so hot. I am so happy that Jennifer came out. She was amazing with the kids. She left today and both kids told me how much fun and how much they love their Auntie Jennifer. That really set me at ease on my trip.

I can tell Scott may have overdone it a bit this past weekend. They all went into the city on Sunday to a museum or 2 and you can totally tell how tired he is now. I think its good for him to get out and spend time doing things out of our norm, but it does wear him out.

I am back now but realized that I really need to get away sometimes - with no kids, no husband. I felt like I was in my 20's again, walking around San Fran with my ipod on, seemingly problem free.
