Adenomatous polyp

We got a letter from Dr Crenshaw's office - he's our GI Dr and performed Scott's colonoscopy. The polyp they removed was an adenomatous polyp based on their lab analysis. Although not cancer, these polyps are more likely than others to become cancerous. They removed it and it was very small so Scott will not have to return for another colonoscopy for another 3 years.
